PDC TEACHER SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The diversity of A Quinta's regenerative projects make it an ideal location for Permaculture Teachers in training to develop more skills and hands on experience to complete their Teacher Training certification. We can offer the support needed as well as giving space and opportunity to make designs and implement ideas. This can be achieved in conjunction to giving guidance to students alongside the permaculture teacher.
Our farming season is from September until June and is the time when we can take in volunteers as well as skilled people to continue the project.
As a PDC Teacher skills builder we expect you to have completed a PDC as well as a PDC Teacher Training course. You will be available for a period of 1 to 3 months and be part of the A Quinta team for 30 hrs a week. Guiding Learnershiip Students and helping on different projects. You will be offered the opportunity to give small workshops as well as making designs and creating new projects in consultation with the Team.
You will be able to see close to all aspects of Regenerative Agriculture being applied and build. As well as many permaculture systems. We have a wide range of good tools to work with as well as a willing team to help you with your projects.
Accommodation is on site with 3 wholesome meals a day making the experience comfortable as well as invigorating. Come and join the team and have the experience of a lifetime!
