Hospitality team takes care of all accommodation and common spaces – preparing them for guests and arranging nature-based decoration and cosy atmosphere. As part of H&C team, you will keep an eye on the harmony around you and support the kitchen manager with creative cooking for Cantina.

Market Garden - FULL

The general aim of this experience is to build all the practical skills required to create abundant small scale food producing gardens. As a part of CG team you will be involved in the day-to-day care of the garden, from seeding, to bed preparation, maintenance, harvesting, and watering.

Holistic Grazing - FULL

A Quinta offers the opportunity to gain experience in holistic grazing, based on Allan Savory’s holistic management methods. At the moment, we graze the land with our own expanding flock of 100 sheep. As a part of HG team, you will take care of sheep and lambing.

Maintenance - APPLY HERE

The general aim of this experience is to build all the practical skills required to be able to maintain all the systems, infrastructure, and buildings and think about upgrading and innovating. You will be involved in the day-to-day maintenance, from short independent chores to two-man chores and more complex projects which require planning, preparation, DIY, and teamwork.
