Volunteering at A Quinta

We warmly welcome volunteers who wish to live and work in alignment with nature, bring presence into action, and contribute to a co-living space grounded in self-responsibility.

We're looking for volunteers who would like to commit for at least 1 month and are willing to share this experience and learn with us in this process.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

We invite your support in various areas of our evolving homestead. These may include:

  • Cooking meals for the team and/or guests

  • Cleaning and caring for shared spaces

  • Gardening & food forest care

  • Holistic animal care (sheep)

  • General maintenance and land care

  • Light construction or renovation support

Tasks will be aligned with your interests, skills and physical capacity. You are not expected to do heavy labor if it doesn’t suit you – your contribution in the kitchen or through hospitality is just as valuable.

You’ll begin with a gentle orientation period of around 2 weeks, during which you can explore different tasks and settle in. After that, a greater level of self-leadership is appreciated. (Shorter stays may also be possible – feel free to contact us.)
