Volunteering at A Quinta

We warmly welcome volunteers who wish to live and work in alignment with nature, bring presence into action, and contribute to a co-living space grounded in self-responsibility.

For us, volunteering is about more than filling a role; it is about community and cultural fit. As part of the application process, we hold brief interviews to ensure our environment is the right fit for everyone. During your time here, we also have regular check-ins to ensure the experience remains rewarding for both you and the community. We will share more details about this during the interview and answer any questions you have regarding the role and the community.

What We Ask For:

We're looking for volunteers who would like to commit for at least 1 month and maximum 3 months and are willing to share this experience and learn with us in this process.

The commitment is 28 hours per week (25 hours of work and 3 hours of community time). In exchange, we provide food, accommodation in dorms, and opportunities for skill development.
