Join our 5-day Natural Building Immersion for just €250 and help us complete a farmhouse. Learn by doing as you work with natural building techniques, strengthen and shape earth walls, apply clay plasters, and build a living reciprocal roof. November in the Alentejo: the dry summer is ending, the first rains have arrived, and the land is waking up again.

Spend two weeks on A Quinta da Lage, a 130-hectare regenerative farm in southern Portugal, learning permaculture design through the land itself.

By the end, you will know how to read a landscape, work with water and soil, design productive food systems, and think in ecological patterns. You will have a completed permaculture design, an internationally recognised certificate, and a way of seeing land that does not switch off when you leave. All of it learned with a teacher who has spent over a decade doing this work across three continents, on a farm that has been in active regeneration for years.
